As a business owner, you will receive an SMS for every transaction, monthly statements detailing all transactions, as well as access to our online fleet management portal.
Now you can monitor every transaction in detail, including:
What vehicle refuelled
Time, date and place (service station) of the refuel
What driver refuelled
The number of litres refuelled
The cost of the refuel
How much you saved on a specific transaction
The balance of your Finlay Fuel account
All this information is readily available at your fingertips, eliminating the need for drivers to hand in fuel receipts!
How to Start Saving
APPLY. REFUEL. SAVE
1.APPLY
- Simply register your business and vehicles with Finlay Fuel. Click here to apply.
- All businesses are welcome to apply, from Sole Proprietors to registered Pty (Ltd) companies across all industries. There are no credit checks because the programme follows a prepaid model
- Receive either your Finlay Fuel Handheld Tag or your Passive Vehicle Antennae (Antennae will require installation by one of our accredited installers).
- Deposit funds into your Finlay Fuel account.
2.REFUEL
- Refuel your vehicle with diesel at any participating BP Service Station nationwide. Click here for a list of participating BP Service Stations.
- Pay via your Finlay Fuel account. The BP Service Station Attendant will scan your unique tag/antennae and the driver of the vehicle will need to enter their unique personal code allocated to them, to approve the transaction)
- Receive a real-time SMS detailing the transaction.
3.SAVE
- For every litre of fuel you purchase, you will save up to R 0.70 per litre, which will remain in your Finlay Fuel account for your next fill up!
