Does my business qualify?
All South African businesses / entities, with diesel vehicles qualify- irrespective of the industry. Our members vary across industries from Construction, Logistics, Motor to Government facilities and departments.
What is the catch?
There is no catch. Finlay Fuel has entered into an agreement with BP which is based on economies of scale and quantity discounts on diesel sales, which is then passed onto members of the Finlay Fuel programme.
How do I know this is a legitimate programme?
The programme is run through the BP FleetMove offer – a fleet offer from BP South Africa – an oil major and established brand in the fuel industry.
How substantial are the savings?
This depends on the number of vehicles in your fleet and the frequency of refuels.

What are the costs involved?
There is a minimal initial cost involved to create your vehicle tags and courier them to you.
Windscreen TAG fees are R50 ex VAT, and delivery of the TAG through the PARGO network is R100 per delivery of up to 5kg
The programme is based on a prepaid model. It’s as simple as loading your account with funds, refuelling and paying a discounted per litre rate (to the pump price).
Do I need to sign a contract to register?
No. Registering with Finlay Fuel does not require you to sign a contract.
Can I trial the programme before committing?
If you would like to experience the programme for yourself first, then we recommend registering your business and trial the programme with a smaller amount. E.g. Deposit R200 into your Finlay Fuel account and refuel at your closest BP Station with R200.
How much money should I deposit into my Finlay Fuel account?
This depends on your average monthly fuel spend and your preference. This is the account that your fuel will be paid from, so it is imperative to have enough funds in the account to cover the cost of the fuel.
